A new take on the architect's office. I can see how it might be intimidating to call up and architect, not knowing what it will cost, etc. It would be amazing to run a furniture store and use it as a hub.
i think thats why your boutique/office is a good idea. its easier for someone just to walk in and chat rather than having to call, which seems quite formal.
