Couture Films

I didn't realise that the fashion houses were doing short film type ads.
Prada just came out with its film at the end of jan, chanel and dior were last year.
The jury is still out for me on them, not sure...
The cinematography is beautiful on all three, but there isn't much else. Direction...meh, story... very meh, acting... well Marion and Audrey don't have much to work with. The men, especially prada boys are too modelish, would have been better with actors, actors with screen presence. Chanels is short enough to feel like an interesting ad rather than a short film and therefore seems more successful. The other two are too literal, like our first versions of the moodbox! lol...
